We apologize in advance for out of stock items. This is
unfortunately
something we cannot avoid. We will always
be out of stock on
something.
The reason for this is that many items, especially clothing
and shoes
form part of limited stock runs. The order lead
time (the time it takes
for an item to be produced and
delivered) is normally about 6 months.
So it’s not as simple as just getting more stock.
Our policy is to change styling on our products every 3 to
6 months.
In the case of ladies clothing and shoes, every
three months. This
constant update ensures that new exciting
products always feature in
our catalogues.
So eventually our products will run out and new products will
come in. We understand that your customer may want and
insist on a particular
item, but if it is sold out, then it is
unavailable. Please ask your
customers for a 2nd, 3rd and
even 4th choice.
The Angel website has an up-to-date out of stocks list. You
can also
use our stock check sms system to see if the item
you’d like to order
is available.
