All items can be exchanged for credit provided that:
•   they are in the current magazine;
•   they are in their original packaging with all the original tags still attached;
•   original invoices are provided by the customer;
•   they have not been worn.

Items excluded from the exchange policy are sale items and damaged items.
Earrings will not be exchanged if packaging has been opened. Shoes will not be exchanged if they have been worn.
IMPORTANT
The company reserves the right to refuse exchanges. Items that are exchanged must be in re-saleable condition.

Please ensure that you indicate the colour and the size of each garment when you place your order.

For Namibia, please add 10% to the Retail price.
For Botswana, please add 5% to the Retail price.
For Zimbabwe, please add 15% to the Retail price.

Please note that all stocks are limited and subject to availability. Ensure that you check the magazine carefully to see when items are available. An “Out of Stocks” list is available on our website and from any of our branches.
